the dust is just now starting to settle. the this and that of the he said she said is just not what I expected at all.

so... the truth to it all... the fucking broad pushed me into an $80,000 Bankruptcy. This is an embarrasing and depressing thing. I am a man that has worked for everything that I DID own since I was 16! no help from anyone in my life. Not blaming my family. they are all great and strong people, but just nothing monetary to be had. All money and loss aside, this is a matter of lying and manipulating. This is a long lie that has been going on for 2 years. I had no control over any of this. She had complete control of all finances and went so far as to not pay the mortgage on my home for 2 years. that is a payment of over $2000 a month. as well as not paying any credit card or insurance on any of our vehicles. when I finally confronted her and asked where all this money is, all she can tell me is that we spent it. it is all gone. nothing to show. I am sure that she does not tell anyone the full truth of this. as far as her friends are concerened, they just think I am some asshole that abandoned his family in a time of need. that is just not true. Harlie is my life and heart, and I would spend an eternity in Hell to save her beautiful life and soul! Now you may now think to yourself, why would this man write this for all to see? why air it all. well the fact of the matter is, when you file for banckruptcy, it is a public case and anyone has access to it, so why not?!

I just wanted to put this all down and vent. mostly everyone I know will never even see this, and who ever does see this will just want me to get back to my Creep adventures or a damn update on my shovelhead build! well here it is anyway! fuck you! don't read it! I don't care. just wanted to put it down somewhere.

well I was gonna keep up on this Blog and it was gonna be all bad ass and shit. Well... had a few changes in life along the way. seems like I had to leave the sinking ship that was my life and row the dingy to safety. just treading water and kicking away the sharks along the way. shit happens and then more shit happens. fuck it.

so the circle is complete and my boy XO let me move in again. me the Superglide, my Lady Blue shovel, and all the rest of my shit. not to mention having baby girl come visit us as we both play dad.

on a side note, don't shop at Costco with your buddy and share a cart. seems that women think that is cute... for a GAY couple!

So isssue after isssue and a couple changes to the plan since my last post. where to start... Dirty wrecked his bike a few weeks ago and broke his wrist. I got rotten gut disease and ended up in the hospital for a week, not to mention other big time issues in my life that I would need a whole page to explain. Our original plan to cruise up the california coast got cancelled. seems like a lot, and most people would agree that all of these problems combined would make any group of guys sit back and think... maybe this trip is not meant to be. well, not this group of dumb asses! I am starting to realize in my charmed life, that the things that really matter to me seem to find a way of working themselves out.

so on some good notes... Dirty is going to drive Skin Flints truck due to the fucked up cast on his arm. gonna pack up some food and fuel to save on cash. The doc cleared me for the trip so I am packing up my pills and metamucil and hitting the fucking road! issues at home are still complicated, but for now, I am saying fuck it, scrounging what I can and making this trip happen. as for the route... decided to head back up through Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana. should be some good riding, and it is some scenary that none of us have seen before.

so all and all... shit gets fucked up, but you keep going and you try to enjoy your life along the way. see you mother fuckers out there!

Well the past few days have been eventful. So Dirty went down last Sunday. We decided that we would all get out and about and go for a local poker run for the kindney disease research. Good cause so good karma eh... not really how it turned out. We made it all the way to the end with nothing more than some rain beating on us down from Quilicene, but on the way home ole' Dirt Mc'Girt decided he was gonna go for a slide going 60 down highway 3! His black bitch made it out of the slide with only some minor paint and exhaust abrasions. As for Dirt, he ended up fracturing a wrist bone. the type of fracture that puts him in a cast 40 days before the Smoke Out. So while he heals we are going to fix the bike up (with easy clutch set up!), and hope that he is a Wolverine like mutant healer. don't count him out yet!
On a positive note, Skin Flint got all his new gear in and is ready to pack up and get out of town. so a couple oil changes possibly next week, and the 2 of us will be ready.

57 days! We have actually got some planning done and out of the way. Rooms are booked, friends are called, and money is spent! we have it all mapped out up to San Diego, then it is going to be a free for all up the coast. maybe we will just sleep on a beach somewhere.

So it is getting down to that time before the trip. you know that 8 year old the night before Disney Land time. Everytime I go out to the garage and see the bike, I think of how it is going to be packed. what should I bring? what do I still need to buy? How much is Skin Flint actually gonna make me drink?! I have started a small pile of tools and supplies that need to be brought with. is this just a compulsive whack job thing, or do all other 32 year old men act like a little kid when thinking of being out on the road and away from life?

95 more days... Dirty's bike is in a million pieces, we have no route planned, no reservations made for any hotels or campsites, I have no rain gear, and none of us know how the hell we are gonna pay for any of this.

So we are running right on schedule. See you in New Mexico (or anywhere we run out of money or break down) !!!

So there is 5 months and 20 days left til the next adventure south! looks like I got Skin Flint on board, and I am still working on Dirty! I figure by the 100th time of me asking and harrasing him, he will give up and say yes. looks like we are gonna push it this year and stick to around 550 miles a day. last year me and Dirty hit some weather and bitching out moments, so we didn't stick to the plan. we still made it, but had a couple longer days to catch up.

so this year is doing it on a budget year, so Skin Flint is the best guy to travel with! gonna be cold Keystone Light and dollar menu all the way!

Ever want a vacation from life? Not like an "on a cruise" , drink in hand sort of vacation, but more of a, "please leave a message because I have left real life & all that I am behind" sort of vacation. No alarm clock. No waking up to a dull warm shower to muster up the motivation to live another day in this rut... this rountine... this all the same... day in... day out sort of day. wanna run from that. shit, walk real fast would satisfy my urge. The itch that is just plain away from here. Not just here, but anywhere. Anywhere that requires the use of me. Me bill, me Billy, Me Daddy, Me Boss, Me "hey asshole!". Me and I are out of this EVERYTHING! To the great something that is Whatever. Ever want that kind of vacation? Not that on a beach, sun in my face, distracted by tits in bikinis sort of vacation. That is only a slight charge of the batteries. just a quick boost to put you back on the life production line. it is a minor resolution to a much deeper need. And the need is what? what will make it all go away? simple really. A bit of Combustion. A long stretch of road in front of you with 3 gallons of gas in your lap and not a one thought on your mind. That is vacation. That is away from EVERYTHING!
